Agility Health Radar
How is your lean-agile adoption going? Where is your team's agile maturity at? Are they 'crawling', 'walking', 'running', or 'flying'? Ask your team(s) various set of agility health questions -- sort of 'dip sticking'... with probing questions. This is also sort of a 'Fist of Five' to see where people are at via their answers on all questions.
