SAFe’s ‘Funding Model’ Not ‘As Easy As Pie’

SAFe’s funding model is ‘Fund Value Streams, not Projects’.

Adopting that funding model is not easy…and might not even be practical … worst, might even be impossible! To implement this funding model, it is easier said than done…it is really not as easy as pie, idiomatically speaking.
