Netflix has recently released a powerful and inspiring documentary titled 'Knock Down The House'. A must watch! Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is very inspirational... hard to describe ... you've got to watch this documentary. My wife, son, daughter and I watched it Friday night... and we all clapped at the end! That's how good this documentary is. Grassroots... self-organizing movement... uphill battle ... eventually reaching the tipping point... then small wins snowballed to a huge win. Is this familiar? Lean Agile Transformation, anyone? Change is hard...but you've got to reach the tipping point to achieve it.
