Mistakes happen … part of being human…
But correct it soonest … you do not want it to fester.
That is why , in SAFe, before getting into a new PI (Planning Interval), retrospective and problem-solving workshop (part of the ART’s inspect and adapt’ event) must be held… to address the problems that were encountered during the about-to-close PI so that it will not fester into the next PI … because, if it remains a problem, then it could potentially negatively impact the quality of work and product … and the company’s bottomline… even teammates’ morale.
