By looking at the Program Board, the Management Team can assess the plan at a program level. Having the right people in a conversation about the plan of what to be built next with the program board as focal point is essential.
These problems could surface:
- Bottlenecks
- Features being delivered on the same iteration as its dependencies
- Overloading of work
- Critical Path
Without a visual program board, it will be hard to spot these potential problems.
