The program-level and team-level are now combined into one level — the essential-level.
This combination created an unintended bad consequence: the program-level roles and the team-level roles seem combined (it’s not to the the people in the know) to the uninitiated.
As a result, some can confuse product owners being the content authority of Features — a program-level artifact! The placemat of SAFe 5.0 framework does not have the line separating these two levels anymore! This is a bad visual in my opinion. The line must be placed back by Scaled Agile inc. (SAI) — the makers of SAFe.
