I love diversity. On everything. Specially food!

I love cooking and eating out. Dangerous combination. It made me gain a lot of weight… unintentionally!

These days, I know better how to enjoy food… without unintentionally gaining weight.

Stop eating when you are 80% full.

How? To me… I stop [eating], knowing that I ate enough already but still a bit hungry. After an hour, I feel full ! My mind takes time to know that. I feel energized instead of lethargic. it is a sustainable practice. Works great for me.
