Why BDUF is Bad

Why BDUF is Bad

Day 193. Big Design UpFront (BDUF) is a bad thing in ‘adaptive environment’... where ‘fog of uncertainty’ exists... lots of unknown... lots unseen. The wrong design could emerge as a result of BDUF... leading to incorrect solution.
