Dave West: “Is Agile Against Documentation?”
One Friday afternoon, I watched, live, in person, Dave West -- CEO of Scrum.org -- speak in a big event... his speech was both funny and educational. Long after his speech, three things that he said stayed and lingered in my consciousness...up to this day... and maybe forever: "Agile is not against documentation... Agile, is against waste!" "It is not about failing fast... it is about learning fast!" "If you are not delivering business value... you are just blowing smoke!" Would you agree?
