My Two Favorite RTE Responsibilities
My two favorite Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsibilities are: 1) facilitate PI Planning readiness and the event itself; and 2) drive relentless improvement through 'Inspect and Adapt'! Think about it...as an RTE, you are in the thick of things within this whole Lean-Agile mindset revolution! # 1: You are like a "Wedding Planner"... preparing...readying everything and everybody before the event...checking out the place before the event...vendors in place (i.e. for sounds, music, cake, etc) ...and adjust as necessary...coordinating things during the event...and after the event.
