Clarence Galapon is adept in both Adaptive (Agile) and Predictive (Waterfall) methodologies. He has over 32 years of experience in the Software Industry across three continents: Asia, Australia and North America.

He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Board Certified) and an M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration and Technology Management).

Clarence is a family man, a technologist and a business person.

He also holds various certifications from Project Management Institute (PMI) such as:  PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) and PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).

In addition, he also holds a multitude of Lean-Agile SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications and trainer enablement such as: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 4.5),  SAFe 4.5 Trainer (SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM 4.5)), SAFe 4.5 Trainer (Release Train Engineer (RTE 4.5),  SAFe Agilist (SA 4.5), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM 4.5), SAFe Practitioner (SP 4.5) and SAFe for Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM 4.5). 

Clarence is a SAFe Practicing Professional with various roles: Lean-Agile Coach, Mentor, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Solutions Train Engineer (STE) working with other RTEs who are delivering the same Large Solutions.

Clarence is a published author, speaker (he has a ‘Competent Communicator’ designation with Toastmasters), avid chess player,  entrepreneur, storyteller, illustrator, photographer and filmmaker. He is a Servant-Leader, life-long learner, Life Coach, Lean-Agile Coach, Mentor, and a Lean Agile Guru.

He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, U.S.A. with his wife, son and daughter.
