Spring break week is here ! For me this is like the Innovation and Planning (IP) iteration... time to think, reflect, refresh, recharge, read, imagine, on hiatus, plan, spend more time with family, and pray -- yes, it is Holy Week as well. Take advantage of this event ... life is a marathon... have a rest to sustain your pace. Likewise for Agile... to keep and sustain your cadence of iteration after iteration ad infinitum, you need this guard band -- in SAFe it is called the IP iteration -- to sustain your pace. Cheers!
