We, if not most people, think in terms of pictures... visuals. Example: when someone says ‘A hot Cup of Coffee’... most of us in our minds, we visualize it... in terms of pictures... not in terms of a bunch of words and letters. When we are collaborating and trying to analyze something — breaking a huge thing into small pieces in order to help us understanding it... does it make sense for us to collectively use visuals? We think in pictures... not in words! When I say the word 'Cake' you think of a picture of a cake... not the word spelled out one letter at a time c-a-k-e. In this light, when doing a PI Planning... during the PI Planning, make sure you have a visual 'Program Board'... preferably not in excel spreadsheet!
