We, if not most people, think in terms of pictures... visuals. Example: when someone says ‘A hot Cup of Coffee’... most of us in our minds, we visualize it... in terms of pictures... not in terms of a bunch of words and letters. When we are collaborating and trying to analyze something — breaking a huge thing into small pieces in order to help us understanding it... does it make sense for us to collectively use visuals? Visualize

We think in pictures... not in words! When I say the word 'Cake' you think of a picture of a cake... not the word spelled out one letter at a time c-a-k-e. In this light, when doing a PI Planning... during the PI Planning, make sure you have a visual 'Program Board'... preferably not in excel spreadsheet!
