SSM 5.0

SSM 5.0 is very cool! The flow of content is better than its predecessor. Great job, SAI. I, however, noticed that the predictability ratio calculation is not in the book... very important piece of info for all SSMs... but, I taught it -- the ratio and how it is calculated-- just the same.
