If you have been exposed to SAFe, all you have to do is step back for a wider perspective to see the truth in that aforementioned one sentence describing what SAFe is -- synchronizes: 1) alignment for large number of teams; 2) collaboration for large number of teams; 3) delivery for large number of teams.
