A company’s culture can undermine even the best Strategy, Purpose, Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Goals. All these will be ineffective if people (i.e., people in your teams, ARTs, Solution Trains, Portfolios) don’t share the right culture. Performance and Outcome will be lackluster at best.
How to define and cultivate Culture? That is what this book is all about: To define and cultivate not just culture; but to define and cultivate Values-Driven Culture that is right by you and your tribe!
