SAFe is role-based… and as such, SAFe offers training for key roles.
You cannot expect people to behave and act and execute differently if you don’t give them the training and skills and the context — their role — to do so. This means giving your teams the know-how to implement the SAFe core values and principles in their practices.
Training is not negotiable.
