Daily Communication

The Daily StandUp (DSU) is a way for the team to communicate at least once a day.

It is not a status meeting;instead, look at it as an alignment and prioritization meeting.

A team acting as one… as a whole … to the advancement of their iteration goal; they have a plan of attack — as a team — for their work that day.

15 minutes. That’s all you need. Just the headlines.

You may, however, have a meeting after the DSU to discuss things in more detail, this is called the ‘meet-after’… with impacted parties only.
