Iteration Review

Day 123.

Show and tell ! This is the time to show off — with pride and joy — what you and your teammates have accomplished in the iteration. Show, tell, and get feedback from whom you have shown your work to.

Showing off a working software is the true measure of progress. However, there will be times when this visual presentation of the working software is not possible. Perhaps the software has no visual component to it … just a background process; it this case, find a way to illustrate what’s happening with so you can get a meaningful feedback.

Feedbacks are gifts… gracefully receive them. Assume positive intent vis-a-vis each feedback you get.

Process the feedback and other findings in the iteration retrospective… new backlog items could be created as a result.

Iteration review puts closure to the iteration timebox.
