What a creativity, I thought when I saw it for the first time in person back in summer of 2022. I saw it before on a magazine: model city of NYC mounted upside-down on the ceiling!
Creativity is a necessary — very vital ! — ingredient in the Lean Agile Software Factory. The mentality of ‘Just tell me what to do and how to do it … and I will do it!’ does not cut it… you must bring your head (creativity and resourcefulness), heart (passion and enthusiasm) and hands (skills and craftsmanship) when crafting something meaningful, valuable and with purpose.
