Day 129.
‘Rather than moving in defined, highly structured stages, the real process is born out of the team members’ interplay’ — Hirotaka Takeuchi and Ikojiru Nonaka
Collaboration is key to success in lean agile.
Simply following scrum (or lean agile) doesn’t make an agile team a team.
What happens when collaboration is poor?
- Decreased velocity
- Low quality of work and product
- Low morale
- Low engagement
- Lack of commitment
- Poor working environment
- Absence of trust
- Missed commitments
- Poor results
- Other Team dysfunctions … you name it.
