Teach It Back With Concrete Examples

Once a person teaches back something, that Information that he/she teaches back has gone through him via listening or reading about it; thought about it…made relationships / connections of the new information to existing information… resulting in discovery of new information, concepts or ideas.

One of the best ways to reinforce what was learned is by telling or teaching it back in our own words with liberal spread of concrete examples from our own context and personal experiences and / or experiences from others.

Let your trainees teach back what they have learned. We all win when learners teach and teachers learn.
