The Case of Four Product Managers and One Team

On October 12, 2018, I happen to over hear a woman —who has just completed a SAFe for team’s training– talk helplessly about her predicament: her team got four product managers with their own separate agendas for their own silo of work. Her team and herself are pulled from all directions. In addition, there are as much number of business analysts… all seem lost as to what role will they play in this SAFe framework.

She needs help with go forward steps…
