Do What You Can, With What You Have, Where You Are, Right Now

Moving a single grain of sand is better than doing nothing at all; a single grain of sand moved could shift grains of sand… revealing things earlier not imagined.

if you can do something… a small step that you can do towards a solution (even if that step is only a small fraction of the solution) …with your own resources… right now… what would that be? Go do that!

This is a good exercise for your team to do during the daily Standup. When they raise an impediment… ask them that aforementioned question… and have them do that.

Better than standing there doing nothing at all.
