Now we see the smallest pieces… it is not that “People are lazy” … it is because lack of efficient and effective system for communication and process.
So… from these basic truths…they can build an efficient and effective system… say a Kanban System, that uses:
1) Kanban Board to visualize work and flow
2) Have Kanban System Policies
3) Have events (like Kanban Team meeting) and Cadence ( like “Daily”)
4) WIP Limits – limit work-in-process so tasks can actually finish
Result: The team doesn’t just work harder – they work smarter (efficiently and effectively), because they solved the root problem.
Everyone helped to take the big problem apart and rebuilt it with truth, not assumptions.
